+OUR APPROACH TO FREIGHT

Good freight starts with the right plan.

The transport method is only part of the question. The goods, the route, the documents and the timing all shape what is possible.

/01

Air freight

Enquiry only

When timing matters, start with your origin, destination, cargo and target date. We’ll assess the requirements for an air-freight proposal.

What helps us assess it

Origin and destination. A description of the goods. Approximate size and weight. Timing and any known special requirements.

Specialist work is subject to route, regulatory, provider and insurance assessment. Sending an enquiry does not confirm availability.

DOCUMENTATION & CUSTOMS COORDINATION

Get the right information
to the right people.

Commercial details, shipment documents and customs requirements need to line up.

Our model keeps the customer as importer and uses an appropriately appointed customs broker for declarations, with coordination around that process.

Operating arrangements are confirmed for each requirement. An account does not appoint a customs representative.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before your first move.

Do I need all my shipment details before contacting you?+

No. Start with what you know. We’ll identify the information that still needs review.

Can I ask about unusual or specialist goods?+

Yes. Describe the goods and any particular handling needs. Availability depends on the specific shipment and the required checks; an enquiry is not acceptance.

Does creating an account book a shipment?+

No. It saves your details and lets us review your requirements. Any service, price and booking must be agreed separately.

Can I save my details and come back later?+

Yes, after verifying your email. Your account shows your saved information, your enquiries and anything we have asked you to add.

Who is the importer?+

Our initial model is for the customer to remain the importer, with the customs arrangements confirmed separately for each requirement.

Do you offer instant prices?+

No. We review the shipment details before a proposal is prepared.

YOUR NEXT MOVE

Let’s start with
