Enquiries and business review
An enquiry is not a booking. Reviewed business details do not constitute shipment acceptance, regulatory approval or a commitment to provide a service. Prices, scope and terms must be agreed separately for each requirement.
Authority to provide information
When you submit an enquiry or a business profile, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the business information and understand that it is provided for review. We record the terms version and the time of submission.
Separate appointments
Submitting an enquiry or creating an account does not appoint a customs representative and does not make Specialist Import Services an importer of record, insurer or regulatory notifier. Such roles need a separate, expressly agreed arrangement.
Accuracy and review
Every requirement is assessed individually, including the route, regulations, providers and insurance involved. Commodity-code checks on this website identify tariff entries; they do not confirm the correct classification for your goods.
Your account
Your account is for your business’s use. Keep your email account secure, since a one-time code sent to it gives access to your saved details. Tell us if you believe someone else has used your account.
